• AI-generated interpretations of card combinations
• Reading history and journaling features
• Card gallery and educational content

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Token System and Payments

Our service operates on a token-based system:

• New users receive 30 free tokens upon registration
• Additional tokens can be purchased via Stripe (prices in AUD)
• Tokens are non-refundable once purchased
• Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged
• We reserve the right to modify token pricing and reading costs

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• Crystal Stream Tarot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reading
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on readings
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for tokens in the last 12 months

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crystal Stream Tarot, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any decisions you make based on readings
• Your violation of any third-party rights

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Crystal Stream Tarot, including but not limited to artwork, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Resell or commercially exploit our services

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and any unused tokens will be forfeited.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
